SCHÖNE® STERNE is the big Mercedes festival in Europe. The event takes place every year on the grounds of an old steelworks in the heart of the Ruhr region. The venue is the grounds of the LWL Industrial Museum Henrichshütte for two days. All model years, all model series - the main thing is a beautiful star! That is the motto of the Mercedes event, and so again this year 2,000 cars and 12,500 Mercedes fans from all over the world came to Hattingen. The organizers were even able to welcome visitors from Malaysia and Australia for the first time.
We from MIB - Men In Benz Performance took advantage of the big star spectacle and presented the current "All men are created equal" collection at the festival , including the Hoodies and T-shirts. The newly designed MIB articles quickly became a real hit and we were overwhelmed by the positive feedback of the numerous visitors. We also had a small premiere at SCHÖNE STERNE: and we don't mean the newly released LeBENZgefühl stickersbut our freshly painted crew car, the Mercedes-Benz 400E W124 from Los Angeles. After the Benz was painted at Krüger Classic in Rosengarten in the color Californian Rockhard Gold, you could see the paint with your own eyes for the first time at SCHÖNE STERNE. We were well aware that the paint will polarize, but that the color is so well received by you, we did not expect. But a big THANK YOU!
On Saturday evening, our own "Benz & BBQ" took place for the first time. For this, we invited our customers, visitors and last-minute guests to a casual chat, cold drinks and a hot bratwurst. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for the numerous visits and nice conversations. It is really great how much the MIB family sticks together. It's best to make a note of the date for 2023: Then the big Mercedes Festival SCHÖNE STERNE will take place for the 13th time on the last weekend in August, the 26th and 27th.
Now we are taking big steps towards the next collection. The designs are ready, the cuts fit and now we hope to be able to present you the 2nd collection of MIB - Men In Benz Performance at the Mercedes FanWorld during the Essen Motor Show.
