How long does it take for the order to reach me?
Thedelivery time is usually 2 to 5 working days after receipt of payment (only applies within Germany). We work together with DHL, but pack the orders ourselves. This also gives us a great motivation to send the orders quickly. You can track your order in the usual way via the tracking number.
Where do I enter the discount code during the ordering process?
Whenyou add a product to your shopping cart, a sidecart will appear where you can enter the code.
Furthermore, it is also possible to enter the code again in the "payment step" during checkout, provided you are using a mobile device.
If you are in our shop via the desktop version, you can enter the code directly in the "information step" during checkout.
How do I know which size I need?
Inthe product description you will find the size and weight of our model. There is also a size chart above the product description for your orientation. We would always use this as a guide.
How do I cancel or change my order?
In order tosend your order to the desired delivery address as quickly as possible, it will be processed immediately. Therefore, it is not possible to cancel or change your order. You can, of course, return the order after receipt by exercising your legal right of withdrawal or within the 14-day return period. Can I add more items to my order later?
Once you haveplaced an order, you cannot add more items to that order. Simply place a new order. You are welcome to inform us by email and we will get back to you. The best way to contact us is by email, support@meninbenz.com is the right address for this.
